Tragedy for B'lore

The biggest icon ever in Bangalore - Dr. Raj Kumar, passed away today. He's probably the most famous and loved Kannada Movie actor of all time.

The city is going nuts, people are burning cars etc etc. The only time B'lore ever shows any form of voilence is when it's related to "Raj Kumar". A few years ago he was held hostage and the city reacted the same way. There were strikes and curfew and everything was shut for 3 whole days! The city was at a stand still. No cars were even allowed to be on the streets, no gas stations open - it was strangest feeling ever. I don't even want to imagine what it's like now. Well I'll soon see, I'm going home for the weekend (I can't believe I'm saying for "the weekend").
